Local departure by coach or Home Connect service, then travel to our overnight hotel in Belgium.
Comprising a mixture of French and Flemish cultures, Ghent is often referred to as the historic heart of Flanders and is certainly filled with wonderful things to do. This charming destination is home to a number of attractions, such as the Graslei port and Saint Bavo Cathedral.
Enjoy a spot of shopping or try out one of the many cafés or restaurants in the city. We continue to our hotel near Eindhoven, where we stay for four nights.
As Holland’s capital city, Amsterdam is guaranteed to be a fantastic place to visit during our break. The city is famous for its expansive canal system and many bridged islands, for which it’s earned the name ‘Venice of the North’. This vibrant city will be a highlight on our holiday, as it is absolutely packed with things to do.
The Museum Square, or ‘Museumplein’, is home to some of the most significant museums in the city, such as the Rijksmuseum, the Van Gogh Museum, and Stedelijk Museum
Spend a relaxing day in our hotel with our included festive lunch.
Today we enjoy an included excursion to Valkenburg. Sometimes called ‘Marlstone Town’ because of the lime found in the soil and the soft yellow marlstone which has, since Roman times, been quarried as a building material. Enjoy a stroll around the pretty streets lined with cafes and restaurants.
Return home.
You will stay for four nights at the 4-star Golden Tulip West Ende in Helmond, near Eindhoven.
Overnight stay in Belgium will be in a city-style hotel.
