Today we visit Cromer, the ‘Gem of the Norfolk Coast’. Enjoy some sea air and walk along the seafront. Once a small fishing village and now a traditional seaside resort. Stroll down its Victorian pier, which has withstood many storms and even an attempt to blow it up by the Government in WWII to prevent it being used as a landing strip for enemy invaders! Why not sample the famous Cromer crab, a local delicacy?

This morning we visit historic Norwich where, in this truly English city, it is still a pleasure to wander among the medieval streets, particularly cobbled Elm Hill, which is full of character. Norwich is the most complete medieval city in the UK, the only city in a National Park, and was England’s first UNESCO City of Literature. It is of course also famous for Alan Partridge, Steve Coogan’s comedic character presenting Radio Norwich. Why not also enjoy the Boxing Day sales in the many high street shops.

You will stay for four nights at the 3-star Carlton Hotel or 3-star Waverley Hotel all in Great Yarmouth.
Christmas packages will be subject to each individual hotel but all will include festive treats, Christmas Day Lunch and entertainment.
The Waverley Hotel
