Enjoy a scenic trip aboard the Bala Lake Railway and admire the extensive views of Llyn Tegid, the surrounding countryside as well as Arenig Fawr, Aran Benllyn and Aran Fawddwy mountains. Keep an eye out for herons and buzzards that nest near the line - a perfect example of nature and machines living side by side.

Excursion heading into Snowdonia, visiting pretty Betws-y-Coed in the heart of the National Park. Browse independent shops, buy some local produce or enjoy a cup of tea and a slice of Bara Brith in one of the charming cafés.

We continue to beautiful Llanberis, at the foot of Mount Snowdon where we take to the tracks once again, aboard the delightful Llanberis Lake Railway. The little steam train makes a five-mile return journey alongside Lake Padarn, passing Dolbadarn Castle and Llanberis' twin lakes.

Relax in seaside Llandudno with a day at leisure, or join our optional excursion to Anglesey. We cross the Menai Strait to call at Llanfair PG, the village with the longest name in the UK. Have your photo taken with the iconic railway sign!

Enjoy a day at your own pace in Llandudno. This Victorian seaside gem on the coast of North Wales is a delight to explore. Take a stroll along the level seafront, enjoy the traditional amusements on the beautiful pier or perhaps take a trip up the Great Orme on the funicular railway or cable cars to be rewarded with beautiful views of the town and beyond.

Excursion enjoying a journey aboard the Ffestiniog Railway travelling through the forested and mountainous scenery of Snowdonia. The Ffestiniog Railway is the oldest independent railway company in the world having been established in 1832. The historic route climbs over 700 feet from sea level, into the mountains, passing tranquil pastures and magnificent waterfalls, lakes and waterfalls, and traversing horseshoe bends - one almost a complete spiral!

We also call at Caernarfon, home to Wales' most famous and mighty castle, delightful historic streets and a stylishly redeveloped waterfront.

Trip travelling via the scenic Horseshoe Pass to reach pretty Llangollen, nestled in the beautiful Dee Valley and located under the watchful gaze of Dinas Bran Castle.

Here we take to the waters of the Llangollen Canal, enjoy a tranquil cruise horse-drawn barge. Visitors have been enjoying leisurely trips here for over 100 years and this wonderful trip takes in part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site and is home to a rich variety of local flora and fauna.

Very good value and quality, but basically for old or disabled people. Some timings frustrating- not enough time on some stops/ too much on others. Should have included train up Snowdon. Hotel excellent food clean but too regimented. Bus driver excellent driving but no commentary.
