The hotel itself was nice but our room was awful. Very dated with ripped curtains, toilet seat half hanging off, no signal in room so TV didn't work all week although we reported it. Disappointing as I understand not all of the rooms are like this.

Tenby was beautiful but crowded. I hadn't realised it was half term when I booked. The hotel location was brilliant, right in the heart of things. Hotel staff were lovely and very helpful. The hotel was quirky in it's layout and some of the arrangements ie the lift to the top floor opened on to a short flight of steps!, were a challenge but it was clean and comfortable and very good value. Whilst the food fairly basic it was well cooked and well presented - again very good value.
