Overall, my wife and I had an excellent holiday. The first time we had visited the Isle of Wight. The coach journey was good. However, being 6'5" I did struggle with the available legroom. Ended up having my right leg hanging in the aisle. The Hotel was good, but obviously in need of updating, particularly painting. The food was varied and good quality. The rooms were of a good standard. The excursions that were included, namely Osbourne House and the Steam Railway we really enjoyed. Even on the day we had terrible weather the trip to Freshwater Bay and the Needles was good. We had a wonderful driver called Jason who was driving a Marshall's coach. He really enhanced the holiday. He couldn't t do enough. Totally recommend the trip.

The tour itself was very good - our driver Jason was excellent - nothing too much trouble However, we were very disappointed in the Broadway Park Hotel. It was very much in need of refurbishment and not up to the standard we expected for the price we paid. The carpets were stained, the paintwork and walls in need of new paint and service in the restaurant was poor. The meals too very only average.
